a tad difficult to push the button thingy to where you want it. It works. That is what matters!!!

I never feel quite "right" when cruising. So, I purchased the EmeTerm for a recent 7-day Alaskan cruise. It was very effective in relieving motion sickness. However, the strap gave way on the fourth day into the cruise. Other than that and wishing it came in the color black, I would have given the EmeTerm 5 stars. I highly recommend giving it a try. I think with the new strap it will no longer be an issue.

I sail and tend to get nauseous but this stops it from happening. I like this one because it is waterproof and I don't have to remember to take it off. I also like the band which is more like a real watch and not one piece. I highly recommend it. Comfortable.

Not sure when it happened but as I got older, I am extremely prone to motion sickness. Every time we fly or I ride in the back of a cab, I'm sick. Cue this magic band. I've worn it on two trips now and it has kept me from getting sick. We are even going on a cruise in a couple months to really test it!

A couple things to note for usage: you need the gel. I tried it without the gel and I had it up to level 5 and barely felt anything. With the gel (and the right placement), I use it on level two and it's plenty high. The placement of the band is important! Make sure you follow the instructions to find the right spot on your wrist, also it needs to be snug!! The position of your arm and hand will also make a difference. The best position I found was a bend in my elbow with my hand (open palm, not making a fist) resting on my stomach (while sitting). It's easy to tell when you have the right placement and position because you can literally feel it buzzing through your hand. The stronger the buzz, the better your placement is. So if you have the gel and the right placement, you shouldn't need a very high setting.

I am relieved to take it off at the end of travel. I mean, it's sending shock waves thru your wrist so your skin does get a bit tired. That's a million times better than being sick though so I'll take it!

It's easy to turn on and off so I usually only have it going during takeoff, landing and turbulence and then of course during cab rides (cabbies drive insane). I do find that you need to reapply the gel about every hour, I just keep the little tube in my pocket. You need very little gel on your wrist!

I'd definitely recommend this for anyone that gets motion sick. This band has greatly improved my travel experience!

I almost never write reviews but this device has changed my motion sickness life. I've had motion sickness my whole life. When I was a kid, I would throw up in the car on windy roads and even today the only way I can do windy roads is if I'm driving. When we go to amusement parks with the family, one roller coaster and Im done for the day, woozy the rest of the time. 2 years ago, I took my kids ocean fishing and ended up feeding the fish the entire 8 hours. I really want to make these more positive memories with my kids so I googled "Miracle Motion Sickness Relief" and up popped a number of the type of bands. I landed on Amazon, read reviews and selected this one. My first test was Great America a couple weeks ago and I was skeptical but knew I could quit after the first roller coaster if needed. We'll I was able to ride them all day as much as I desired and had zero effects!! I couldn't believe it. I also noticed I slept better so I've started using it before bed for about 30 minutes a few nights a week and I'm sleeping deeper! Last week I went to visit my dad in Arkansas and he lives where there are nothing but windy roads. I put it to the test by sitting in the back seat and seven put my head down to look at my phone often which normally would be a puke maker. I rode back there for probably 3 hours total one day and I could feel a little woozy coming on at times but it went right away and I was totally fine. Incredible! On the way home from that trip, my daughter was sick to her stomach and afraid she was going to vomit on the airplane. I let her wear and within an hour she was totally fine! This thing is nuts! I haven't taken it on the ocean yet but my confidence is up and I'm looking forward to fishing with my kids!!
