Excellent customer service after purchase

I purchased 2 of these, one for myself, and one for my wife. They both function perfectly, have outstanding battery charge life, look great, and are super simple to use- it's nice to be able to adjust the stimulation level to fit individual needs. My wife gets motion sickness VERY easily and the device seems to provide her with relief no matter what's causing it (car, air, or sea sickness, as well as rides at amusement parks). However, as stated on Emeterm's information, all individuals are different, and I personally did not get the same results as my wife despite multiple attempts. I contacted Emeterm, they responded quickly, provided several options to help, and in the end resolved my issue to my satisfaction. My wife and I are both 100% satisfied with both the product and the customer service, so much so that we've recommended it to friends who have purchased and are also very satisfied!

After being on a rough cruise and getting sea sick. I still had fun but wanted to be prepared for my next cruise. This device works great! Never got sea sick again. Worth the money!
