purchased this shredder for bills and junk mail. Works great for occasional use. They claim it will do 6 pages at once, I usually do 2-3 otherwise it doesn't seem to cut all the way though the papers.
If you are a procrastinator and let your junk mail/bills/ misc paperwork stack up before shredding this machine will frustrate you. If you do too many pages at once it will not punch all the way through them. And after about 15-20 min of constant feeding this machine the overheat light comes on and you have to wait for the motor to cool down.
I knew this machine was light duty when I made the purchase which is why I still gave it 4 stars. For the average user that doesn't need high capacity, and doesn't need a piece of paper turned into a million tiny pieces this is your machine.
