So far there is nothing I dislike about the cable. I upgraded from the previous cat6, which, to me, was very flimsy, bendable and easy to kink, which was great for routing maybe once or twice, but not multiple times, which is probably why the cable eventually stopped working.

All the issues or issue that I had with the Cat6 I feel was fixed with the Cat8. Probably because there are more wires, the cable feels thicker, is more durable, and easier to move and roll up when needed.
I also noticed a slight, if not significant, increase in internet speed when I switched.
Overall I'm very satisfied with this cable and I would recommend it.

I have been using this cable for over a year at the time of this posting.
The cable, in general, is a great purchase, but there is one flaw. The locking clip is fragile. If you leave the cable connected to a device and don't remove it, you should not have any problems. But if you are like me and use the cable on different devices requiring connecting and disconnecting, then the clip may break. And when it does, you will have a problem staying connected to your device.
In my case, I use an ethernet to USB hub connector. My solution is to use a Velcro tie wrapped around the cable and tape the Velcro tie to the hub. It's not pretty, but it works. I use two strips of tape so the Velcro does not slip.
Important, occasionally it will be necessary to adjust the tension on the tie.

I was having issues with my WiFi cutting out in the middle of gaming, and I bought this to connect directly to my router. The flat cord makes it a great choice to run along the bottom of a wall and around door jams. It's thin and looks sleek, so it isn't an eyesore. Haven't had a game disconnect since I hooked it up it to my pc. The nail clips that come with it are a great addition, and keep the cord in place tight against the wall and out of the way of my puppy
