Poor quality control

This came in and one item was reasonably full of gel beads and the second barely had any in it. Was told this is normal. Not very good quality control.

after trying numerous ways to keep my humidors at a perfect humidity level (68-72%), these are finally the winners! hold the humidity much better than the gel.
