I've reviewed this before, don't know what happened that that. Anyway, this is a perfect product. The taste profile is ideal for many applications. I never actually make peanut sauce with it, but I add it into my Dan Dan noodle sauce, my Pad Thai sauce, even curries. Last night I tossed in a tablespoon of it into my osso bucco reduction. It adds great taste notes to anything.

This is insanely yummy. I started buying it at my local grocery store, but then they stopped carrying it for some reason. Luckily Amazon is here to save the day. We generally eat it on baked chicken, but we tried it once on shrimp too. It's great.
