NOTE: Using with bleach or 'chlorinated products' (pool water??) "will harm the unit ..use of these products will void warranty"
FL Guy✓ Verified Purchase•June 7, 2018
... According to documentation which comes with the product. Since cleaning with diluted bleach is a pretty common use of a pressure washer, I believe this limitation should have been disclosed in the product listing.
Also, the detergent delivery system in this model consists of a suction hose which is supposed to draw from bottle. This has two problems: a) It doesn't draw well, and b) The sprayer can't 'readily be moved while the detergent siphon hose is in the detergent bottle. Really not a good design. I recommend choosing a model with a built in detergent dispenser tank instead.
Also, this model comes with a long power cable, and a hose cable - but only ONE hook to hang a cable or hose on.
I do love the variable pressure feature, and it's reasonably portable.
In all, not recommended - too many limitations & tradeoffs on this one.

Worked very well until it broke! It started leaking ...

Worked very well until it broke! It started leaking at a fused seam in one of the plastic components. Karcher sent a brand new (new model) replacement as soon as I submitted the request and it was received a few days later. Can't really complain. I still give it 5 stars.
Fine for light use

Product is fine. It is cheap, and as such the parts are ALL plastic, including the hose connectors. This means they are not durable, so don't expect this unit to be suitable for heavy use. Its going to work for light domestic (non-commercial) projects. Otherwise I have cleaned my paving and some outdoor walls and it did a great job.
Karched 25 years of dirt right off my deck - that's a good thing!
davidjoho✓ Verified Purchase•March 4, 2017
I used this to remove 25 years of build-up on an unpainted deck made out of pressure-treated lumber. As you can imagine, the wood was very grimy, and there was enough build-up between the boards that vegetation was growing. Because I am going to paint the wood, I wasn't concerned with doing a perfect job. An imperfect job took me about 25 minutes. And the Karcher karched it very well. I am pleased.
I'm deducting a star - it'd be a half star if Amazon permitted - because the assembly instructions are far more confusing than they need to be. Larger illustrations of the look-alike parts would help, as would clearer indications of where the parts attach; it can be hard to tell the front from the back in the manual. Once you figure it out, it should only take 5-10 mins to assemble it.

Good Value Overall, Even if the Detergent Tube Sucks (too Flaccid)
PLG✓ Verified Purchase•September 13, 2016
The connections feel a bit on the flimsy/shoddy side, but so far it's lasted the summer with fairly regular use -- washing siding and vehicles. There's no good way to coil up the power cord, and the slot on the side for storing the wand, I've found, is fairly useless. Nevertheless, I like this product for the money.
The biggest complaint I have is the mixing hose -- it sucks (well, literally, but in this case I mean it doesn't work worth crap). There's no good way to keep the hose in the container you're using (like a bucket), so that's extremely frustrating. It also pulls in the detergent in so slowly I wonder if it does any good at all. Perhaps that's more a complaint of the detergent I purchased, but the mechanism for pulling in detergent is simply a flaccid little tube inspiring no confidence that it either works or will last more than a year.
