Have to take four huge pills at the same time

I should have read the instructions on the bottle more carefully. It turns out that you have to take four of these capsules at the same time. So each capsule has just 10mg of lutein. And the capsules are huge. They even contain ground up carrots, which anyone can get by just eating a carrot. I returned them and just take more of my Life Extension MacuGuard (which are very small) to get more lutein.

I ordered two bottles of the product. The first one was fine. The second one had a problem. The outer seal was in place but the inner seal was broken and there were only 60 tablets in the bottle. It appears that someone had purchased the bottle used half of it and then returned it.

Probably my fault. In advertising it was one capsule a day but it is really four capsules a day to get 40 mg lutein daily which my doctor recommended. There for too many capsules.
