While looking a bit industrial, this product is heavy duty to do the job! Very easy to install (I drilled pilot holes in a metal entry door) and easy to raise up with the foot "latch release." I'm very pleased.

Much better than the standard one I got at Home Depot that either slid across the floor as the door closed on it's own or stuck so hard that it was difficult to lift with your foot. Then it would fall down as you tried to close the door, sticking to the floor when it should have stayed up. This solves all those problems! Rubber on this one is nice and sticks to the floor, and the foot-lift button is great, with the spring keeping it up or down until you move it on purpose. This simple mechanism has made my whole family happy, lol.
