My left foot is flat, over the past year I started having problem with my left ankle and foot Constantly aching, swelling up where my ankle meets my foot on the top of my foot. I wasn't sure what was the problem since I never had problems before. I tried rest and ibuprofen, natural anti-inflammatory, insoles from Walmart. Nothing worked and I developed a constant limp and a bad attitude about work. I bought these insoles and put them in my boots and I tell you what within the first day I felt relief. My limp is going away and working on my feet isn't so bad anymore.

If you have "flat feet" then I would recommend trying Samurai insoles before going full custom orthotics (or after if the customs don't work). I've had great luck with them so far. Full arch contact and support. These new thickly padded ones are what I consider a "high volume" insole so you will need to pair them with roomy shoes and possibly thinner socks. I've tried almost all the major online brands and Samurai is in my top 3 brands - along with Currex and Tread Labs. Individual results (and feet!) will vary.

Wonderful product for those with flat feet, plantar fasciitis and other foot problems. My husband can't hardly walk without these in his shoes and boots. Ordering more so he doesn't have to switch them out from shoe to shoe or boot. A "10" for problem feet!

Bought a second pair of work shoes because even after using foot powder in them I found they were damp inside. Now I switch shoes take the insoles out and use one of those lights to kill off bacteria every day. My feet have been much better!!!
