good but hardly to mix it

Good product, I went for this because it isn't full with weird other ingredients. Maybe this is why it is hardly dissolves in any liquid, usually I use it to make pancakes or waffles out of it, but there are always lumps in the batter, it's not possible to mix it completely to have a smooth batter. Maybe it is better to use a blender when eating this.

Unlike many whole egg powders I've tried, this actually has a mild palatable flavor...I use it as an additive to my whey and casein based protein..I highly recommend it.
