Being used this camera for a week,it is very good quality! So helpful! The pictures and the videos are very clear and nice.we are most worried about the installation , I can say that is very easy to use and setup,just need a few minutes to set it up! I really like it! This product is truly a live camera.
1.The connection speed was great, the delay was a lot less compare to the other product making the live function more real time.
2. Is easy to access, the interface was was simple and can be access with mobile phone, simple to understand and adjust the setting.
3. This product was very reliable, it can stand for a high humidity condition still function will. There is never system shutdown or frozen or anything like that. So far so good.

I finally got a chance to hook up these camera's. One of the channels is not powering up. i have switched cables and cameras with no joy. When i click on the DO1 feed it says "reach the limitation of channel number". It looks as though the 4 camera system only thinks it can run 3? Also, after a short time all of the camera black out. I am not very confident in this system if it cannot even work right out of the box...
UPDATE: Okay so i figured out how to get everything working. If you have a camera or cameras that are black and have a little key on the bottom left of your screen, you have to go back and reconfigure your IP addresses for the system and each cameras manually. The default address that came was the issue as mine was completely different. I will complete my install over the next few weeks and I shall return for an update after about 3 months.

Well I Like the Cameras they have pretty good quality but the software that comes with it sort of sucks and they say at the description " Intelligent Motion Detection We introduce intelligent motion detection technology to build the most solid security system for your home & business." WELL THIS DOES NOT WORK SO its worthless I contacted Jooan and they sent me an email saying "Sorry for that this system can't support Motion Detection because it uses ONVIF protocol." So why say it has Motion Detection when it doesnt ???? I'm Pissed about that.
The other problem I had was after about 2 month of recording the cameras kept getting disconected for no reason then after a few days they were fine again so I dont know what happened there.
Other than that they seem to work ok, Quality its pretty good Price its pretty good, so I'm not sure if I would recomend this product but I dont know any other cameras so I cant copare them.

Maybe it was just the luck of the draw, but I got the HDD version and it didn't work. With being a novice to this style of machine, it took weeks to realize that the HDD was bad. I thought that I just didn't know what I was doing.
After purchasing a WD HD, it worked perfectly. I love the app and pc viewing option.
