Great Quality!! I'm using mine not as a sun shade but as a pine needle collector. I have my neighbors pine tree right next to my gazebo where my hot tub sits. The pine needles make quite the mess and I am constantly sweeping them away. I have this on the side that is the worst and now the needles fall onto this and dump into a bucket at the end. Works well. :) I was impressed with the heavy quality of this product and think it would also make a great sunscreen as intended.

I live in Denver, and the sun is HOT! OK, the sun is always hot, but our back deck faces south, and gets beat with the sun. The space was basically unusable in the Summer. I either needed to build a roof $, or buy a low cost sun-shade. I chose the latter. This thing really is great! It really helps to cool the deck area, and make it usable. One surprise was that it does NOT completely block the sun, black-out. It still lets some light through. Translation: I still have to squint my eyes a bit under the deck at high noon since some light gets through, but it is a huge improvement on lowering the temp. Durability and stitching quality seem good, time will tell how it holds up. I wanted the cover and the ropes to stay high (to avoid lawnmower entanglements) as well so I built poles to elevate the outside edges - see attached pix.
