This product literally saved my nose!!! I had extreme irritation from the regular nasal pillows to the point of bleeding. My nose is now healed and I get a better seal. I can turn over in bed easily with the connection tube attaching on top of my head. This is also very quiet. I highly recommend this product.

As a new CPAP user I tried the nasal pillows which were comfortable but irritated the edges of my nostrils and I didn't want a full face mask. I saw this listed and ordered it immediately. I am so happy I did. It is very very comfortable and I haven't had any problems with mask sealing. I had a chance to sleep in last weekend and slept almost 11 1/2 hours with this nasal cushion on. Best nights sleep I have had in years. I am finally getting some energy back and some much needed restful sleep.
