I haven't given my goldendoodle a full haircut with these clippers. However, I spot shave her and these work great! I've had different sets from places like Walmart and I could never get them to cut hair. The scissors that came with these are a bonus! They are weighted well and do a great job cutting!

I was very nervous about grooming our Pomapoo myself, but I wanted to give it a try since it was so expensive to take her every 4-6 weeks! I quickly realized that it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. She has been groomed since she was a puppy, so she is very patient & just stands there while I clip away. I always make sure to brush her well beforehand to make sure she doesn't have any mats or tangles. This clipper goes through her fur smoothly. It is reallly easy to clip her. It is quite, too, so it doesn't make her nervous or anything. Easy to charge, & change the combs. If you want to save money on grooming, this is the way to go!

It worked wonderful. I thought I ordered the one with 2 batteries but my mistake. Was affordable quiet I may still order the 2 battery one. I have 4 small dogs so extra batteries are a plus
