I carry these in my pockets when i hunt, fish or at work. They take up less space than a water bottle and are easier to carry.
good for just in case.

have not used them since they are not to be used unless I need to. No leaks. First thing I checked since others have had issues.
Good to have around for emergencies

Good to have around for emergencies. The 8 liters in the box is fairly small and could be stored in a number of places.
A must have for your boat, car and home "Worst Case Scenario" stash.

Water rations arrived well packaged and in good condition. I haven't tested each packet yet, but I see no visible leaks, all packets and cardboard storage box are completely dry inside and out. I drank one for a taste test. Tastes like clean water. I couldn't discern any taste from the packaging. would probably be even better if it were cold. If you poured this into a nice glass at a fancy restaurant, no one would complain that it tastes like "Emergency Rations".
Easily stored. Great size packs.

I really like these packs. They remind me of the fruit juice packs you got as a kid. They are small, lightweight, and easily fit in your "get home bag'. I keep several packs in my bag in case I break down on the side of the road. You must remember the Rule of 3:
3 minutes without air, 3 hours without shelter, 3 days without water, and 3 weeks without food. I also keep these in storage at my house. What if the disaster happens and your water loses pressure for a week or two. This is a cheap and easy way to prepare for what life throws at you. Hopefully, it never does, but wouldn't you rather spend a few bucks now and be covered if you need it?
