The only negative point is that it is sharp.
I cut my finger while washing it.
I tried to bend it with pliers and it cannot work. The only way will be to try and file the sharp edge.

I've used it last night for the first time since I've purchased it. It was the easiest noodles-cooking ever, for the first time, to make pho for two. The only reason why I gave a four stars was because of the piece that was supposed to be resting on the pot while cooking, was just a bit too sharp, both to touch, as well as concerns that it may scratch the nonstick interior of my pot. Otherwise, the price is perfect.

this doesn't work for my steel fry pot, which is 8 inches tall, and 7 inches wide. and you can't bend thhe handle to make it work. BUT, i give it 3 stars for wok cooking only, as the angle is perfect for that. BUT, only 3 stars, because the wires are awkward for fast cleaning.

This works excellent!!! We are using this for our weekly fish fries to bring the fillets up out of the batter, it holds so many & we save so much time now--LOVE IT!! They were using this stupid ice skimmer thing that the fillets kept sliding off of, now we just leave this in the batter, lift them all up & then lay them down into the breading to coat before frying!
