IF i could give 0 STARS I would....yes, another review like this......We just this unit professionally installed this in our backyard shower. There is little to zero water pressure and it is leaking in two sections along the pipe leading up to the shower head. I am waiting to hear from our installer but he thinks we will have to just throw it away and purchase a new faucet unit. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! This unit looks great but is not able to perform at all! I total waste of $$$!!! Again, we think we can't use it at all and it was just installed three days ago and has never been used. Since you only have 3 days to return it, AND a LONG laundry list of reasons why they will not accept your return even within the three given days, it seems like a scam to me. BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! I hope you read this and do not fall into this trap!!!!!!!

I am incredibly disappointed with this shower head. We were so excited once we received it and literally designed our whole entire (new build) bathroom around this shower head. Once it was installed and we turned the water on water was seriously leaking from EVERY single point possible. After spending another $100+ on random parts to try to fix leaks (rubber gaskets, fittings, etc) we now have a shower head in our brand new tiled shower that does not work. The hand held is currently the only part of the shower that is able to allow water to come out of it without working. The main shower head doesn't even gain enough pressure for water to come out of the whole entire shower head. We are hoping that this is just a defective shower head and return it for a new one. We are really hoping that if we order a new one it will be worth it because trying to find a new shower head with the same fittings as this current one is going to be nearly impossible. I guess its a total gamble on wether or not this shower head is worth it, so if youre going to buy it just make sure that youre able to return it if needed. The shower head itself looks and feels great but unfortunately thats all it is able to do for us.

For the price, this product is well worth the money. The only drawbacks was the height and where the long pipe attaches to the wall. Our set up was further away, but we just purchased some chrome tubing and adjusted it. I highly recommend buying the 12" extension rod right when you purchase this, due to the wait time. It would have been nice to receive this part with the unit to save time and since the original height is only 5'. I am pleased, however, with the response from questions and emails. The instructions were very vague, but if you have some experience, the picture helps with the installation.

A couple of weeks after it was installed water started spurting out from sides of shower head. The seller did replace it. It's been about a year and its doing the same thing. And the hand held shower sprayer came apart after a couple of months. I requested another one because it could not be threaded back on. I never heard from them again. Now I have to find another complete set but the installment is not a standard installation so I probably can't find one that will work with same plumbing. I will probably have to break bathroom tile and start over.

I like it and it is beautiful. However, be aware that, like other reviewers have mentioned, this is very short. you will need an extension pole for the rain shower head so it is at an appropriate height. Also, i believe another reviewer was correct in stating that this is not code in the United States. I'd have to believe that because there is not water pressure valve mixer. you just get full bore depending how on far you open the hot and cold handle.
Another thing to note, the little screw-in knobs on the handles (the parts that make the handles look like the steering wheel on a ship) often unscrew over time and fall out in the bathtub; just sort of annoying.
