The item came fine except that the case was bent on one corner and the part passed QC? How do you miss an entire bent corner? Where the mount is? Not sure what else they skip on QC but what can you do?

I did a custom MoFi 4500 Sim 7 for outdoor use. I put this in the custom box where the MOFI4500 is mounted. This powers the Modem, 2 4 inch fans, led lights, and a outdoor doom camera. I also put a red strobe light on it. The modem has a remote menu to where I can see the voltage. It maintains a steady 13.8V even when using camera in PTZ. I used a strobe light to tell if the power supply is on and not over loaded. The fans keep the power supply cool. Been working for a week with no problems.
I just wish I would have gotten the next one up because I also have a Night Vision Only Camera on the same tower.
