I've been taking a read to for couple years and it has helped with the muscles in my eyes and with my vision and my optometrist still says that it's a good idea to take them twice a day so I do I highly recommend the product in the cellar I got it from I give them five star. They got them here very quickly the packages maybe a little banged up and shipping but nothing to complain about.
