Not warming and not supportive

I ordered these sleeves because I started getting tendonitis from pressing movements in the gym. Unfortunately, it didn't offer me any support or warming effect for my joints. Perhaps it's the material because I do have neoprene knee sleeves from another well known company and my knees get hot, sweat, and are pain free when squatting.
If you are looking for injury prevention, maybe these will suffice. If you are currently dealing with pain, find something thicker made of neoprene and you will be pain free in the gym.

they don't account for bicep size. I originally purchased the medium but my biceps were too large so I had to upgrade to the large sleeves. My elbows also receive slight pain when I do skull crushers. Maybe I need to get this checked by a physician instead of depending on these arm sleeves to take away the pain

I accidentally bought the wrong size( an XL instead of a large) well I wouldn't say it was accidentally rather than it not fitting tight enough, so I emailed the company and they sent me out a new pair for free, the larges fit perfectly

Bought for the bursitis in my left elbow. I don't know what compression is supposed to do for that, but it didn't make any difference. Not the products fault. It is well made, provides plenty of compression and is as comfortable as could be expected. Price was right as well. I see these being real handy for mountain biking.
