It's my first time to buy this product. My friend recommend me this Insoles, since my husband is very tall and easy to feel painful on back. i put these in all of my shoes and sneakers. i am old man and not long ago i looked down at my feet in the shower and noticed i seemed to be walking on my ankle with my foot pushed clear to the side. i diagnosed myself with fallen arches by reading amazon information and reviews and they must have been right because these inserts make a world of difference. and i am hard to please!

I had to cut them to 3/4 length or my toes were shoved up against the top of the shoe. I think they're okay now, and I like that they're not too high. I have flat feet and too much of an arch in a support is painful.

Purchased these for my 85 year-old dad who is having trouble walking due to extreme foot pain from no arch support.
