Quite small, packaging not as described

Hat fits very tight. Before ordering I checked measurements listed with my other hats but this one seems smaller than measurement indicate. Pretty tight. Description stated "We use a thick double carton packing.Built-in brackets" This was not the case, hat was just packed loosely in a box with plastic filler. Hat had a few dents but these can be worked out. Usable but not what I expected.
