For yrs. I have been doing theatrical lighting...and for 20+ yrs. I have made two-fers...but have found its cheaper to make the purchase of light duty two-fers than trying to build them myself....Since the seller/Amazon doesn't waste time wanting a review...here's mine. The Y where they split is a tad long, as when I build them, I split the 2 cables out of the male plug...that way the tails can be any length....but in the application I am using them in, where its a Semi-Permanent...these work just fine...Pricewise you cant go wrong...5 2 fer's where as to build one would be 20.00 alone in just plugs.

I love to decorate for the holidays and I have a lot of electrical decorations for my yard and garden. I've used so many different kind of splitters over the years and there's always something that goes awry. These are absolutely perfect. They sealed nicely and water did not get into the sockets. The design accommodates the different sized plug ends and I'm extremely happy. The cord clutter at Christmas is basically gone. I've bought multiple sets and will buy more as needed. These are excellent and I highly recommend them.
Big and tough, probably rugged enough to withstand few jaguar attacks.

These are da bomb! Very rugged, heavy-duty cables though the wire gauge is 16 AWG, which means you can't put more than 13 amps COMBINED load worth of devices on one splitter.
The male and female connectors and the molded piece at the junction are rugged plastic, with strain reliefs at all points where it is needed.
I just deployed a new UPS for my home computer system, and of course am facing some annoyances due to wall pads for network devices and other peripherals. These splitters will solve that problem plus increase the number of small devices that I can put on battery backup power.
Overall length of the pieces I received is a bit over 14 inches, so the stated one foot measurement is conservative. Not UL listed, so bear that in mind if you are in a situation where anyone might care. I'm not planning to put more than an ampere or two through these at any time.

Got these for 2 uses. One is to help free up an outlet in my office UPS by plugging in 2 monitors with one of these splitters and it also gives me a little more length to run them a little neater. The other use is for outside holiday lights. With Deco lights being mostly LED I can run 2 separate full strings and use this to connect back to just one full length (25' or 30') cord, which also saves me a GFCI outlet.
