Doesn't work all of the time

This converter would only work properly some of the time - it appeared to be dependent on what order things were powered up.
I was using it between a Samsung BD-J6300 Blu-Ray player and a Sony LCD Projection TV. Sometimes the picture would be perfect, and other times the colors were predominately green. If I powered the converter off and back on, it would sometimes clear up.
Not very convenient for something that I should be able to tuck away and forgot about. I sent it back.

This works amazing! As for all the people saying it's not working, you must press the resolution button until it appears on your screen and also after i did this my picture was still a little fuzzy and i couldn't figure out why, then i realized it was the video settings on the Blue-Ray Player that needed changed from 1080p to 1080i or 720p. For me that was the fix and now i have Netflix and all the other fun stuff on my extremely heavy 15 year old Sony TV in 1080i resolution and i am a happy camper!!!! So in my opinion this thing is awesome!! Works great and the shipping was super fast!! Hope this helps someone..

I used this to connect a Spectrum cable box with only an HDMI output to my TVs Component input (My LG TVs HDMIs all quit working). The product worked and I am very satisfied. Installation was easy, just plug cables in and plug in power cord. There is a resolution button that you can push to cycle through different resolutions, but it is not hard to figure out.

I got this because the hdmi section of my tv died and hdmi was had-wired to my setup. Simple and clean connection go convert component video on tv to hdmi using this device. It works great with good video and sound

It's only been a week, but this works GREAT. For a second TV I have an older 56" Samsung DLP with a great picture but only one HDMI connection. I wanted to add a Roku stick so needed an HDMI to Component converter. The hardest part of the install was plugging the component cables into the back of the TV. Just remember to push the resolution button on the front of the Musou if you don'[t get picture right away. Great picture, no degradation at all as far as I can tell. Would highly recommend.
