This bag is really well made for the price. I've been using it four days a week for almost two months now, and it's great. The only issue I have with it is a personal one, which is that I think the backpack straps should be reversed (top to bottom). I'm right-handed and it just feels, in an ambiguous way, like it's made by a left-handed person for left-handed people. I'll get used to it, and I'm happy with the purchase.

My husband loves it for his laptop and other work things. It is very large- larger than we had anticipated but it is comfortable. I didn't give it a 5 because as others have noted, the straps have a design flaw where they hang forward. It does not impair the use of the pack but it does look a little awkward.

I love this bag! Seems super sturdy, has plenty of little pockets, and it has a really nice padded insert for the laptop. I love that you can change it to a messenger bag or a backpack. I'm not sure how much weight it can hold; I only use it to carry my 17" laptop and a couple small notebooks, but it seems like it could hold a book or 2.
