These arrived fast and I am really happy with the quality of the plastic, they open and close very well, and they are very deep inside and can hold a lot of product. I was bummed about 2 things... 1- it said that it was a lined lid so it could hold in creams and other such items, and I don't see anything along the closing lines that would help keep liquid in. It did say it had a foam lined lid for "pills" and I am sure it is some kind of very thin plastic/paper type of foam... But it really just looks like a white piece of paper in the inner lid. And 2- the second thing that I was a little bummed about, it is my fault, but it didn't come with any label stickers, and most of the containers I looked at that were similar did, so I just figured these would as well. However, looking back it doesn't say it does, so it's not the sellers fault, I just think they should include them with the containers.

I love making and customizing skin care products for family and friends. I am making an eye cream for my sisters and friends for Christmas and thought these little jars would be perfect.
1. Yes they are plastic - a medium weight, nice quality plastic. I have purchased glass containers in the past, but they are not as cost effective as plastic and these will definitely travel better.
2. They are about 0.24 oz/7 grams - perfect for an eye cream or lip gloss. I could see using these as sample containers, but they are too small for anything other than an eye cream, lip balm, etc.
3. They do not have a weird chemical smell, not sure how else to explain it, but I have purchased plastic containers in the past that smell awful and even with multiple washings the smell does not seem to dissipate.
4. The tops did not cross thread, and I screwed them on and off several times just to be sure. They fit perfectly on the jars and did not leak when turned upside down. Very important because whatever gift I give my sister she is going to shake to try to figure out what it might be.
5. They are easily decorated, I used washi tape on the lid and a printed label on the body of the jar.
I will definitely be purchasing more of these as I can totally see making a lip gloss collection with them - I bought a bakery scents fragrance collection that will work perfectly as lip glosses. I highly recommend these little containers for all of the reasons listed above. Happy Creating!

Used for mixed acrylic powder...they are small containers and hold products well...they are very sturdy and good value.

These were great to put my all natural lip balm & solid eye oils in. 👌🽠And I will be stocked FOREVER.

The contents of this particular balm contain A LOT OF ESSENTIAL OILS and they have been in this container for well over two months now and the EOs still smell (if not BETTER - which is how it is supposed to be) as if I JUST put dropped them in there.

So in my opinion, the darkness of this container is highly beneficial to keeping the EOs in your product as fresh as possible for the longest time possible. Also, â˜ðŸ¼ I live in LAS VEGAS where the heat can get WELL OVER 110 degrees. So to know that these containers really preserve the high QUALITY my EXPENSIVE EOs contain is quite reassuring.

I'm happy 😃 knowing that the benefits of the products I make will NOT diminish while using these containers. I will most definitely repurchase these YEARS from now when I run out haha 😆.
