I recently came across an awesome Bluetooth showerhead and bought an extension shower arm from a local store. The showerhead was too heavy and I couldn't use the arm. I looked on Amazon for an adjustable extension arm and came across this one. I bought it and kept my fingers crossed! The second I installed it, it was perfect!!! It holds the heavy showerhead and puts it in the perfect position for everyone's height in my home - from 5'2" to 6'9" !!!!

Works great but won't twist onto the pipe so that it's straight up and down, so my shower head is crooked. Maybe there could be an adjustment added to the next generation that can make it so it's not crooked if it won't screw around the entire way. Tried pliers and everything and it won't budge anymore. Other than that it works great.
Quality Shower Arm Extension

This arm was easy to install and adjust. After a few weeks of daily use it has not moved and it is holding up a nine inch waterfall shower head. The best feature of this grade A product is I only had to install it once. It doesn't have any leaks and it has not slipped down. I really appreciate this quality 10" extension. I recommend it and would buy again.

The adjustable arm was just what I needed to get the spray above me not out in front of me. Appears to be a good solid product, well made . My only suggestion would be, a small instruction sheet be enclosed with the product. The sheet could tell the customer where to put the washer and to be careful with the "O Rings".
