Good head, good weight capacity, but savings came at a sacrifice

I like this tripod and I think the fluid head is quite good at this price range, BUT -
My parents dog got excited around tge tripod and came down on the horizontal stabilizer pieces that join the legs - the guides that prevebt the legs from just flattening... You kbiw what im saying - the horizontal metal pieces that connect to the legs and guide them to collapse and expand and make them work in concert... Yeah, my 55lbs puppy shepidoodle came down on one and snapped it immediately. I understand its not a piece meant to bare weight, but man I feel it should have survived... And it didn't break a replaceable piece, it broke the molded metal cleet cast into the leg itself - a part of tge tripod that shouldn't have broken, the little aluminum ring joining the leg with the hotizontal stabilizing pieces, that should jave broken first, which could have been fixed, but with the condition now i was forced to rig some high-test string to rejoin the leg and the horizontal stabilizing pieces... It took some knots and ingenuity, but it's fully functional again... However, collapsing and re-expanding the legs isnt smooth as it was before its injury...
As such, it has learned to live on the dolly and is my home studio resident tripod. No longer does it dream of distant editorial gigs.
It's fluid head is good.
The level is completely off tho - I had to draw new guides because the level was adhered at about 14* from horizontal.

Very sturdy I trust my Nikon d500 with grip which is very heavy, with this. Great buy it would be a 5star if the leg tighteners were all metal but I've seen people's reviews that probably overtighten them and broke but I'm gentle with my equipment, however high end equipment that cost more and holds less then 22lbs have the same type of legs

I am very happy with the smoothness and sturdiness of this fluid head tri pod! The tilt and pan are both very smooth as advertized! My zoom lens is very heavy so I needed the tri pod to be able to carry the load well. The duffle bag it came seems sturdy as well. I'll be putting this equipment to the test for sure!

I was looking for an affordable yet durable and stable tripod to mount my sky tracker for astrophotography. The tripod is nice and sturdy. It felt heavy enough that I wasn't too concerned with wind or anything but not too heavy to transport around. The carrying case it comes with is good quality too.
My main issue is with the fluid head. I wish the bolt came up through the bottom of the mount, rather than down through it. The fluid head has a little wiggle and that is not good for astrophotography. I ended up taking the fluid head off and had to get a 3/8" bolt and a big washer to run from the bottom up, to mount my sky tracker mount to it. Overall, decent product.

I bought this to replace a Geekoto tripod I had purchased for $110. For $10 more dollars this tripod kicks the snot out of the Geekoto. The real difference is in the leg system, I'll never buy another type of tripod again. This tripod held my Panasonic AG-UX90 at full height with ease. The legs on the Geekoto had to be set extra wide just to feel secure. This tripod feels safe at every height. I haven't really had to take advantage of the pan head but it feels better than the Geekoto too. Basically, this is a solid pick for it's price.
