Worth every penny! Ball head is buttery smooth. Locks my Nikon D750 perfectly in place and I don't feel like it is going to fall/wobble. Even with a big lens like the 70-200, the QR plate comes off and the tripod attaches to the lens foot and locks into place with ease. Not bulky, and very easy to travel with. If you are on the fence, I suggest going with it.
