It is GREAT. Pretty heavy
Amazon CustomerMay 22, 2018
It is GREAT. Pretty heavy, but once set up, it is a pleasure to use. Had a bent/broken hinge on left shelf, called customer service, talked to a very nice lady, and the new part is on the way with NO hassle. I highly recommend griddeling, never really liked "grilling", but this thing reminds me, pleasantly, of working for the 15cent hamburger place of my youth, great fun!
Wow, this thing is really great so far

I got one of these at Lowe's for $300, so I can't comment on shipping issues. We've used this for several meals so far and it seems really great. If you're comparing this to a Blackstone, note these features the Rhino has that the Blackstones do not (as near as I can tell):
- Legs fold up for transport
- Shelves fold over to cover griddle when not in use
- Grease drain is a large square hole in the lefthand corner, the griddle surface is otherwise flat so it's easy to scrape stuff into the drain
- Igniters do not require batteries
Don't get me wrong, this is as portable as a 120 pound object can be. You'll need two guys to put this in your pickup. But the fold-up process is not bad at all. So how does it compare to a regular grill? Here are my initial observations:
- Heats MUCH quicker than a conventional grill. I guess all the heat passing around your steaks is now hitting the bottom of the griddle
- Easier to clean, you just scrape stuff off the flat surface into the drain and squirt on fresh oil
- You can really get a temperature differential with one side hot, the other cooler. With my old grill everything was so close together you really couldn't get one side much cooler than the other
- Long term reliability *ought* to be better, the burners are stainless steel, with no little heat shields or funky brackets to rust and disintegrate
- You can cook so many more things: pancakes, bacon, hash browns, grilled cheese, fajitas, on and on.
So my initial impressions are all positive!
Easy to setup
Amazon CustomerJanuary 29, 2018
Easy to setup. Easy to breakdown for transport. Easy to clean. Gets hot fast. Convenient grease drop and good height splash guards. Sturdy side tables. The propane tank holder works great on standard size tanks and is a super convenient feature.

Only downside, which doesn't affect much for me, the shelf is unusable because it gets hot enough to melt plastic below the burners above.

This is by far the best griddle in this category vs the Blackstone and Camp Chef.
