As soon as we got it, we took off the protective paper, made the little house and put it in the pantry. Less than an hour later there were two moths stuck in it. Cheers all 'round. Those dratted little critters have been making life very annoying for a few years now, and we've tried everything from throwing away and scrubbing it out to spraying with Raid and even AFTER having the entire house fumigated (not for the moths, but termites) they STILL managed to return. We're putting all our hope on these little devices. So far, so good.
To add to this - I checked my mother's trap today (it's been about a week) and there are at least 30 moths stuck in it. It's FANTASTIC and we plan to never be without these. I cannot think of any reason at all why anyone plagued with these dratted insects to not buy this. It's doing exactly what it was advertised to do and far exceeded our hopes. There used to be a few of the little stinkers flying around her kitchen every time we opened the pantry door - haven't seen a single one for over a week now. Thank you for a wonderful product.

We've been having a moth battle. After discovering moths in our dry goods, I tossed all contaminated food, wiped all shelves, sealed everything I could and I still kept finding moths flying around.

I have used pantry pest before, but decided to try a different brand. For a few days, I didn't catch any moths, but each day I'd move the trap to see if I was putting it in the wrong spot. When I found the place, the moths just kept accumulating in the trap! I finally stopped seeing moths in my pantry. I tossed the one in the photo and forgot to replace it. The next day, I see a moth flying in my pantry. I put up a new one in the same sweet spot, and I have been catching moths again.

The product works, the company's email communication was thorough, but not too much and my food has stayed moth free. Worth the price for sure!

Glad I got these traps! After some research found out these were food pantry moths flying around the house. Cleaned entire cupboards with mild detergent and also used white vinegar as an after cleanse. Got rid of hundreds of dollars worth of packaged food including zip lock bags, because I found larvae inside the brand new box of ziplock bags. Anything worth saving I put into airtight containers, I thought problem solved, but after I put the traps inside the cupboards I started seeing moths trapped inside. I couldn't believe there were any moths left after my purge, but the traps are working! Hopefully they catch the last remaining ones and problem will be resolved. Thank you for great product, feel better knowing that they're doing their job while I sleep!

I chose these based on prior positive reviews and they are correct! When my husband and I opened the first traps to put in our cupboards, we were suddenly engulfed in a swarm of moths. It was like a moth horror movie - there were so many more than I thought we had, just coming out of the woodwork. They were flying into our faces and it was just disgusting!! But the traps are filling up and I am not seeing moths flying around the kitchen any more. We will keep them out for a few months, until we don't see any more, to make sure any that are still hatching are caught also. I would definitely recommend these and will buy them again as needed. FYI we received the black ones, and put out 3. They are all catching moths and were very simple to set up.

I have had a problem with moths at my house for some time, having put no real effort into solving the problem. So, I bought these traps. At first, I was going to leave a scathing review because they weren't catching a lot of moths, but then I realized that my expectations were off. These traps are called "PANTRY Moth Traps," my emphasis. I was setting them out in hallways and rooms and expecting too much. In reality, over time, the traps have performed quite well considering that I use them in a non-prescribed way, namely in larger spaces than for which they are intended.

Solid product and I'll buy again, if needed.
