I've had very mixed success with this paint.

I've had very mixed success with this paint. It's unpredictable. Sometimes you get the chippy look and other times it ends up solid. If you want a specific look it's truly a gamble. With these small sample packs, there's not enough paint to accommodate mistakes, even on a small project. I love supporting small businesses and I have had a few projects turn out nice with this paint. But I've also had several duds, which is a waste of time and money.
Absolutely love, love

Absolutely love, love, love this product. Beautiful color. What I like best about this particular milk paint is the quality, the fact that it comes in powder form, which allows me to mix as much as I need for the piece I am working on, and how the color and finish varies, dependant on what I am painting. I am always pleasantly surprised at how my projects turn out. Really the perfect paint if you want that "chippy" look. Very easily distressed.
Love this brand of milk paint!

I have used this with success on both furniture and walls and in several colors. One caveat though - they say to mix it to the consistency of table cream 1:1 but I have found that to achieve this consistency, you need slightly less water than this. This particular color came out a fairly neutral gray on the walls I painted it with. Two coats achieved good coverage without using the bonding agent, though anyone using this should remember that it will be a streaky "antique" finish due to the nature of the product.
Love this paint!

This paint is fabulous! The hardest thing about it is getting used to the "soupy" quality. It is very runny and if you are used to traditional thick paint, just realise it will take multiple coats. You can make it thicker by adding more powder. The colors are beautiful andf the finish is GORGEOUS.
I love this product

I love this paint. This is not the first time I have used it. The paint comes as a powder, so you can mix as much as you need. I have found it to work best on unfinished wood. The paint is absorbed into the wood, so the result will have a matte finish with slight variations in color. You can then oil it or use a wax or pigmented wax to change the look. If you have not used a milk paint before, you should test it on a wood scrap, paint enough to try sample finishes with oil and wax too.
