I just received my chair today OCT. 25, 2017 The instructions aren't worth a damn and I'm having issues putting it together. I also think I'm missing screws and nuts. The bottom plate also came scratched!! I also never seen plastic arm rests on a hair chair, maybe it's me idk. Y'all need to get it together! Send me some screws and nuts!

I am a regular prime shopper. I am so disappointed with this item . It arrived broken , missing parts and missing screws. I purchased the prime item instead of the one with free shipping hoping that it would ensure that I would have no problems . Well was I proven wrong . I wasted my time.
