My son (9 years old) is OBSESSED with commercial airplanes. He "plays" airport with them all the time, so I was looking for an inexpensive product that had LOTS of REALISTIC pieces for him to express his creativity. He WAS SO EXCITED and continues to play with the set almost everyday. He's very happy that he doesn't have to pretend that the sofa is the airport terminal anymore. It's also easy and fast for him to to pick up after playtime - no troublesome interlocking pieces.

My son loves this! The airport is fully configurable and it has so many planes and accessories that it has kept him occupied for hours. It works with his collection of Daron planes and it looks very pretty. The plastic parts are light and it has a great bag to hold everything if you need to take it with you somewhere. I'm so happy that I found this playset--this may be the best after-Christmas present I've bought in a long time.

Very good for the price you pay. The mat is very shiny. My son loved it. Do not expect high-quality aircrafts.
