If you're trying to find a reliable decent sized bus with interesting features and a fair price, this one is a pretty good candidate.

Its lights are dynamic and adjust based on what the bus is doing(Blinking for turning for example), the blinker, reverse and horn sounds are sufficiently loud and there's additional features such as the door opening so it's enough to keep the kid interested.

Its durability is great and it feels rather sturdy. It was given to a child that's too young for this kind of toy(3-4 years old) who kept ramming it into walls and it managed to continue working without issues.

Only issue is the battery. Despite lasting a reasonable amount of time per play session, It was a little troublesome to recharge. You had to remove the battery entirely it from the battery compartment each time, and since the battery compartment is extremely small, it was a bit tedious trying to put it back in. Having to force the cables each time into the small compartment eventually led to one of the cables ripping, for which I had to deduct a star. Nevertheless, it's a solid choice given the lackluster assortment of RC busses out there.

My 4 year old grandson loves buses and this bus was a definite hit. We were quite impressed with the functionality of this bus, so went back and ordered the Fisca RC School Bus too.

We opened the bus and had the battery pre-charged for Christmas morning. So much for the rest of the gifts -- he played interchangeable with this Red City Bus & the School Bus

The original battery that came with the bus lasted for over 4 hours of continuous play. We recharged it for about an hour and he was able to play for over 2 hours -- then it was bedtime. Both child & buses slept together. As we do with most toys that have rechargeable batteries, we purchased an extra battery set for both buses.

The working doors was definitely a hit.

PROS:
Great for bus lovers. Creative design -- start-up sound, working lights--headlights, taillights, & blinkers, working doors, working horn, forward, reverse & turning motions, beeps as it backs up.

CONS:

Battery Charging is a bit inconvenient. You have totally remove the battery from the bus to recharge it.

I definitely recommend this item.

My sons loves this toy- the only negative take away is it dies too quickly. I constantly have to remove the battery to charge and then replace every time he uses it.

Got as a gift, and it's so cool I'm almost jealous. Not only do the doors open and close via remote ,but when steering left or right turns on a turn signal with sounds and everything. Really great find for trying to find buses that aren't school buses! My brother enjoys riding on the public transport buses, and he really loved this.
