Doesn't get very high

Putting this thing together was a nightmare -- the build quality is atrocious. You will find sharp edges while assembling it (my friend and I got cut multiple times by the footrest, which is crazy sharp). The pilot holes were't aligned well at all, which meant we had to stretch the armrests with an absurd amount of force to align them with the pilot holes before trying to screw them to the body. The chair has held up with regular use for about two years, but I get a little uneasy when my overweight customers sit down, as it starts wobbling, creaking, and threatening to snap in half (though it is still in perfect working condition). At its lowest height, it's super low, and the hydraulics don't get very high at all -- for any of my customers under 5 foot 5, it doesn't really get them to the height necessary for me to cut their hair comfortably. It's a decent entry level chair, but I wouldn't outfit an entire shop with it.
