Easy to make high-quality quinoa

First, the short version:
- Delicious
- Easy to make
Tips:
- Use chicken broth/stock instead of water
- Use seasoning (ex: Old Bay)
Now, the long version. I got into quinoa and surprisingly, I really liked it. I wasn't sure what to expect and I had been eating brown rice before this. To be honest, I don't have any comparison to go off of. But from my experience, it is super easy to make. It's 1:2 ratio, so for example - 1 cup of dry quinoa would use 2 cups of water. Get it to a boiler, and then put it to a low simmer for 15 minutes. After 15mins, keep the pot covered and let it rest and you're all done. It's really, really easy to make, which I love.
The flavor is pretty bland but I think that's how quinoa is supposed to taste, so won't knock it for that. However, I use chicken broth, which gives it a nice hint of flavor to it, and then I season it once it's done - typically with old bay seasoning.
All-in-all, high quality product that I've bought multiple times since early 2017.

No soapy taste whether I rinse or not! Nice and filling.

Been eating quinoa in an attempt to scale down carbs, and it's working. Have come up with a few neat recipes, but I love that quinoa is very "experiment-able". I had some left over spicy chicken tortilla soup, so I added it 1:2 to some quinoa and let it simmer 15 minutes... it was great! Came out tasting kinda like spicy Mexican rice :) - I've also used it with various additives as taco/burrito filling, as a rice replacement for Indian food (it's "ok" at that, but the flavor doesn't saturate the way it does with rice). Good stuff, and it really feels less heavy than a bellyful of rice.
It's easy to make and the resealable bag is a hug ...

This is my preferred brand of quinoa. For the quantity, I find the price to be fair each time I've need to purchase it (At my local grocery store, a small box of quinoa is about $8). It's easy to make and the resealable bag is a hug plus for me, although I'm thinking of buying a container to keep the quinoa in as the bag doesn't fit well in my pantry. A bag like this usually lasts me about 6 months and I make almost weekly quinoa meals.
Favorite brand of quinoa!

I love this, so easy to make- it is organic and one of the more clean grains I have ever tried. I like to toast it in fresh organic butter and/or coconut oil first, cook it with broth or stock with a Tbsp of dry cheese (ex:romano, domestic parmesan, parmigiano reggiano, etc). Perfect every time, fluffy and flavorful but not too dry, never mushy.

the taste is very impressive, I definitely felt the grains were fuller and taste was more robust compared to what I used to buy from my local grocery store. Another plus is its pre washed, washing quinoa is not easy.
But then I found organic quinoa in Costco for half the price, I am currently using the same. Although it is not pre washed and the quinoa taste is not that great.
