It works! The neighbor who had me order it just hooked it up last night and was able to get channels he received before his box died. Since we are so far away from the nearest 3 towers (100 + miles)he really needs a stronger antenna. We will need to work on that. I was actually surprised that his reception is this good and the channels are clear.
Easy to use, easy to record and clear picture

This box works great with the included antenna. It picks up about 42 channels where I live. The channels that it does pick up look nice and clear. I also like the program guide so that I can see what shows and movies are coming up. The recorder via USB is easy to use, just plug in a USB storage stick and press record. You can even set a timer to record your shows while you are out and watch it whenever you want. I am using this on an old 90's TV set and it works great. The only main channel that I haven't been able to catch is NBC but I have tried several different antennas and it seems that that signal is hard to get in my area.

After the box downloaded all the channels it came up on a station, which I expectd. I was surprised at the clarity of the image and I got a full screen picture which my old box didn't give me.

it is clearly a knockoff. but it works for the most part. there are some weird thing like a radio function which it does not have but it attempts to scan for them and fails. the scheduled recording function does not work at all. it will not allow you to press enter to save a schedule event for a show. you can pause and record but it only works for a little while. for the most part this is just a digital converter box. if you want better feature look elsewhere.

THIS IS A POWERFUL LITTLE BOX and I am getting and learning more and more each day on how to get everything I can out of it. Thank you so very much. By the way I'm 80 years of age and I'm learning how to get everything I need from AMAZONE
