These are great sets of water brush pens. The bristles are soft and easily apply paints onto the paper. The barrel, when filled with water, does not leak. Just need a little squeeze to get the water to the bristle. And just the right amount of water on the bristle, not overly saturated. Love that it comes in different sizes. I have been using these for several days now and can definitely say they are of high quality. I enjoy using them and they make watercolor pieces fun and easy to do. The reason for only 4 stars is that they sometimes leak unwanted amounts of water about the brush if they are filled close to the brim. I suggest filling them halfway and they work perfectly. These are the first watercolor brush pens I've tried. I am one of those people who really WANTS to learn watercolor but is very very bad at it! I find it's hard to paint with any real precision or detail in this medium and thought these brushes might help with that. I was not disappointed! It did improve my painting experience so I can only imagine what an experienced painter could do with them! I was also impressed that they didn't leak at all! Thanks for a great product.
