Vents greenhouse well but needs shutoff switch
Radiator fan, looks respectable and works though

This is definitely a car radiator fan, but the important thing is it works and it's made to run for a long time. The logo plate does make it look a little less like a junkyard fan. I installed with an on/off switch and a voltage regulator between the panel and the fan because it's in a greenhouse, and 100W panels can put out a lot more than 12V in full sun. Make sure you wire it for "push" instead of "pull" if you want to exhaust warm air.
Great Fan very reliable

Use with my solar and timer. Runs strong 12 hours a day on a 50w panel / 100ah battery. Will suck your doors closed!
Compact and powerful

We were looking for a small-ish fan to cool our greenhouse this summer and needed something compact and powerful. After much research I discovered this fan as the perfect match. It is not the quietest fan but it's not terrible either. What do you expect from a fan? It hums at high speed and "ticks" at low speed but, most importantly, it moves hot air. We are powering it using a 70w solar panel wired with a temperature control switch set at 90 degrees. At full power it can blow the vent flaps open and move warm air out of the greenhouse. The one small improvement I would make would be better mounting brackets. These are light duty plastic that I would swap with a light aluminum. We removed and painted our grill to match the whitewash, very simple to do.
