This pan performed exactly as I wanted it to. Food releases easily from it and - best of all - it comes out of the dishwasher with both finishes intact. I had previously bought an Emeril Lagasse 10" pan and relied on the new one performing as well as the previous one. Definitely recommend!

better than another other non stick pans i have used. depending on usage, all non sticks have to be replaced sooner or later. this one is later. also stays flat on the bottom, doesn't warp. i have had several of these. great for my omelette
