I have only used twice and may be having a problem with switch, not sure, I jiggled the plug in the unit and tried the switch and it worked. If this is not a problem I love the unit. Heats up fast and works very well.

Stout little unit with plenty heating power and stirring capacity. Value is good for this price range. If heating sensitivity is critical for your needs shell out an extra couple hundred $. Don't be fooled by cheaper units with extras.
