After trying numerous dog food brands and options, it's safe to say that our pup is one seriously picky eater. But then we discovered this and everything changed. We've been loyal customers for several years now, and our dog absolutely loves it!

We started using Orijen Senior when my dog - a wire fox terrier - turned ten years old. He is 15 now and still doing great. We feed him this for breakfast everyday, and cook for his dinner. While this dog food is expensive, it is worth every penny. As you can tell from the photo, even with my dog's advanced age his fur still has vibrant colors. I previously had two other wire fox terriers years ago, was not feeding them Orijen (didn't even know about it at the time), and by the time they reached about 12 years old, they had lost all their colors and turned completely white/grey.
You will quickly notice the high quality whenever you open the bag, the food is still quite moist and fresh.
We did in the past give him other Orijen food, but have stuck with the senior since it seems to really help him maintain a healthy digestive system.

If you have an older dog, I implore you to feed them this excellent dog food!

My puppy came home from the breeder eating Nutrisource but for whatever reason he wouldn't touch it when he came home with me. I researched poodle mixes and how picky they can be when it comes to eating and ran across this brand from multiple other puppy parents. I tried it my dog wll at least eat it. He doesn't devour it but he does indicate by going to bag when he is hungry so he at least likes it enough to ask for it.

I love Orijen they make a superior dog food I meant to buy the amazing grain. I prefer the amazing grain because it doesn't have legumes in it DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! but I will still use this it's only a 4lb bag I have a very picky Chihuahua mix. She eats this right up. always remember anything after the salt is less than 1% so don't be fooled by these other brands that like to fluff up their food. To make it sound good also yes it's a little pricey but you don't have to give your dog as much food as you do with the cheap garbage I couldn't believe it like I said before do your research but your dog deserves good food

I have so much to say about the brand Orijen. I started feeding their cat food to my cat since he was a kitten and he is the healthiest cat i've ever known. So I started researching this food for my DOG. Mind you she will not eat any dry foods, shes very picky. She genuinely gets excited for this food and eats it immediately. For $100 this bag lasts me a long time and I have a 73-ish pound dog that eats 2 cups a day. She seems less sluggish and tired, her poops definitely look better as well. On top of that she puts on weight easy and i've actually seen good weight loss while on this food. Her skin and fur and softer than ever as well, same goes for my cat who eats this brand! It isnt the cheapest option but its so worth the extra money. You can get a $60 bag of dog food that may even be less food and itll just destroy their stomachs. Spend the extra money for a high quality food, I plan to feed orijen forever.
