If it doesn't work when you need it - what use is it? I regret buying this one.

*Edit - Weego rep reached out to me, and had me ship them my unit (they provided a shipping label) - They'll be evaluating the jump starter as well as the clamps - and promise to resolve appropriately.
I'll keep my original review up, and will update it with results. If the problem is resolved, and I can reliably use it to jump my vehicle(s) - I'll happily increase my rating.
I paid 154.25 for this item, in December just a few months ago. I bought it as a just-in-case item. I have another jump starter (different brand, MUCH less expensive, but also less powerful) that I keep in my wife's car.
When I received it - I charged it fully, per the instructions and then packed it in the trunk.
The first time i needed it was about 2 weeks later. A cold snap left me with a slow-cranking car, and it wouldn't spin fast enough to get the car running. It *did* crank the car - just slowly. I tried using the weego 66, following *all* instructions, and it didn't assist the car in cranking over. Just blinked its light at me, and same slow crank. Everything was connected properly, terminals were clean, and order of operations were followed.
So i grabbed the jumper from the other brand, from my wife's car (also a lithium battery pack - not the old style heavy ones) - and bam. Started right up, in less than 3 cranks.
I figured it must have been something that I did wrong in setting up or charging the Weego unit considering how powerful it claims to be. I charged it again, double checking every step of the way. I practiced hooking things up in the right order (forget the fact that i've never had a problem with any of the other brands or lithium jump packs i've used and given as gifts). I couldn't practice jumping the car, because after that first jump and letting it run a while, it didn't have a repeat problem. I chalked it up to user error on my part, and packed the weego back in the trunk.
Fast forward to today - my wife's car needed a jump due to an interior light being left on. With the failure still in mind from a couple of months ago - I decided it would be the perfect opportunity to re-test the weego.
Got it out - followed the directions to a tee. attempted to start the car... nothing. Same slow crank and clicks.
Fished out the OLD (other brand) battery pack, hooked her up, and.... instant start. Mind you - I didn't even charge it up again from the last time I had to use it... just threw it back in her trunk and forgot about it.
That's twice that i've used this weego 66 and it let me down. I haven't had a single successful start out of it. I have zero confidence in it, and regret getting drawn in by the snazzy packaging tin. I'll be making use of the warranty, but confidence shattered, i'll also be buying a backup from a different Mfr... Frankly, I'd prefer a refund, but i'm too far out of the return window to get one.
Items like this are emergency use. If it doesn't work when you need it, then what's the point? Very disappointed, especially considering the top-shelf pricing compared to similar items.

Get A Bigger One, Not This One!

Please don't disregard the critical reviews of this product. This is one of those items you don't know is inadequate until you need it. I was left stranded and had to call for a jump from the towing service through my auto insurance company. The following day I was able to use conventional jumper cables from another car.
The unit had more than enough lights lit indicating is should be fine to start my daughters Fiat 500L with a 1.4 liter turbo engine. It almost turned the engine over, but then nothing. I called Weego and they confirmed that it should have been adequate. They asked me to send the unit in for testing and said it was just fine, but I probably need to get a bigger one. What the heck!? That is not what they said when I called! The car battery was all the way dead, not just kind of dead, which might have made a difference.
The clamps are small, and can be hard to attach to some types of battery terminals. The other thing I have noticed is it needed recharging more than I expected and they indicated on their website. But it does recharge fast.
Since it was more than 90 days since I purchased it, the Amazon seller wouldn't refund my money. I also tried Amazon's A-Z guarantee with no luck. The manufacturer was frustrating at first, and then came through when they saw my critical review.

This Weego jump starter could not do what traditional jumper cables and another vehicle could.

I bought this last week after my daughter's 2003 Honda CR-V (with a 2-year-old battery) wouldn't start after sitting overnight in single-digit cold and we spent hours coordinating with roadside assistance. I thought it would be an easier and faster way to deal with any similar situation in the future. Roadside assistance jump-started her car and it's started just fine ever since, so I didn't think I'd have a chance to test this product, but yesterday, my 2006 Honda CR-V (with its original battery) wouldn't start. I had charged this Weego overnight the night before, so it was fully charged. We read the instructions and tried to start my car. The car wouldn't start. Not only that, but it made no sound as if it was even trying to start, and there were no lights on the dashboard. The car was completely dead and this Weego didn't change that. Fortunately, the car was parked in front of our house and we could try jump-starting the car with conventional jumper cables and another vehicle. So, within minutes of unsuccessfully trying to jump-start the car using the Weego, we were able to successfully jump-start my car using traditional jumper cables and my daughter's car. I drove my car to my mechanic, who replaced the 12-year-old battery. So, this Weego jump starter could not do what traditional jumper cables and another vehicle could. Therefore, I'm returning it. The flashlight did work and it did charge my phone, but that's not why I bought it and external batteries for phones can be purchased for much less than this costs. I want reliable emergency products to keep in my 20-something daughter's car, and I was hoping this Weego would be something we could rely on, but unfortunately, it's just not.
Will not start a 1.9L engine, was told next powerful option is necessary
Kim✓ Verified Purchase•December 28, 2017
22S would not start a 1.9L engine. Turning they key makes all lights disappear on the product. Weego states the next powerful option is needed in order to use this on a 1.9L engine in the winter cold. Ridiculous as this is advertised as starting a 5L gas or 2.5L diesel. Don't waste your money or time.
Terrible product or seller

This product has failed me twice. I informed the seller and his reply was to deal with the manufacture even though I just recently purchased it.My previous review and rating was done prematurely.
