I was very excited to get my new fitted griddle for my Weber Genesis II grill. I took it out and it was very heavy, as to be expected"¦ but not. I made plans to make Asian chicken fried rice for 3, similar to Hibachi houses. It ended up being too small and the rice and chicken were falling off the sides as I tried to move it around. I knew it was 1/2 the grill size but until you actually see it in action, it's much smaller than I pictured in my head. It's not all flat. The griddle part is sunken below the sides which makes the cooking surface even smaller. So now that I can visually see the size, I'll plan accordingly. So I've made smash burgers for 3 people (6 patties), seared a steak then placed it on the grill 1/2 after, and a couple of other recipes I found online. Also, it cleans easily. I do love it but wish it had a bigger cooking surface. But highly recommended by this home cook.
