Only the snowflake works

The only one worth a darn is the snowflake. And it only has five points, not six like a snowflake should have. I'm using the Betty Crocker spritz Cookie recipe, and none of the other designs will stick to the cookie sheet, unless you do two pumps but then the design runs together. The other 5 designs have "multi piece" cookies, i.e. more than one opening. Not enough dough comes out, and not close enough to the other pieces, to give enough sticking power to grab onto the sheet. After the snowflake, I had the best luck with the reindeer because it had larger and fewer openings, but it was still a frustration.
I have an older model of the Wilton Preferred Cookie press, purchased in 2011. It has plastic discs... and these don't quite fit right. I have to be careful screwing on the collar so they don't get out of position, and then wipe off "seepage" about every dozen cookies.

The set is cute and a good price but like other reviewers I found that they did not fit my *Wilton* cookie press. I was hoping it would fit considering they are the same brand as my press. Rather ironic, since it has *Fit Right* on emblazoned on the front. It has two little extra edges that stick out, I'm guessing that help it fit into bigger presses? I bought it knowing it might be an issue--yep, they're that cute--and my sweet hubby just filed them down for me. A simple fix. I have not used them yet but they should work as advertised now that they fit ;) . All in all, I would purchase again but be aware it might be an issue .

Well, if these were any cheaper they'd be Walmart brand, but it is the quality you expect from Wilton. No change to the materials. These thankfully fit the cheaper cookie press Wilton sells which was about $9-$10 from Amazon. That press comes with plastic pieces and these aren't plastic, FYI. I have used a fancier cookie press from Wilton and if you have the money I recommend you get it, this one does fit it's price but will probably do the job.
