Just enough spice.

I love this garlicky sauce. It came well packaged. It's so delicious that i use it on meat, eggs and mixed with a little mayo as a dip for shrimp and artichokes.
It is good on almost anything

This stuff is AMAZING! Tried it in a restaurant in San Diego and we loved it so much that I gave up looking in stores and just bought it here. It's great with seafood, chicken, chips, you name it!
Must love vinegary sauces for this one!

This wasn't at all what I expected. The sauce is very thin and it has a good amount of garlic flavor but it also is extremely vinegary. If you like vinegar based BBQ sauces, you will probably like this but I sure didn't.
This was perfect for my meatloaf topping !!

I needed this to make my Louisiana Meatloaf, this went into the topping, I'll leave the recipe below, but this Meatloaf held together beautifully and tasted very good. My mom loved it and there was no left overs.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (90-10 is recommended)
1/2 lb ground sausage (mild or your preference)
1 egg
1 c crushed corn flakes (I leave these out cause I don't like the texture. I use crushed soda crackers)
1 c apple sauce (do not used flavored apple sauce.... I used cinnamon apple sauce by accident once, don't do that!!!)
Step-By-Step
1 Mix all the ingredients together and pack into a loaf pan.
2 Top with the glaze:
1 part garlic sauce to 2 parts apple sauce (and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Steen's Syrup)
3 Bake for approximately 45 minutes. Five minutes before done, sprinkle 1/2 cup green onion tops on top, then finish baking. (I like the topping with the green onions cause it offsets the sweetness of the apples sauce.)
4 Let sit about 5 minutes before serving.
Hope this recipe turns out as good for you as it did for me.
