I've only had my cushion for a few days but I'm so glad I have it. I have severe spinal stenosis and I needed help keeping my posture straight as I tended to slouch forward. I have a deep seating couch and I needed to attach my lumbar cushion to a large throw pillow I have. By doing that I can now keep both feet flat on the floor like I am suppose to. Did not have to use the extenders. I like the two straps to keep it from slipping. Highly recommend.

Im a therapist and have tried several lumbar supports over the last few years. This one exceeds on multiple levels. First, the memory foam is high quality. It's soft and nicely conforms to the natural curves in ones spine. It comfortably supports the back without being too thick. The double straps help hold it securely in place. And I love the fact that the cover can be removed and easily cleaned. I'm currently using it in my car as I often make long commutes and this has made all the difference from feeling achy after a drive to feeling good! I have been hunting for great back support and of all the products I have tried, this unit is by far the best. It has two straps in the back so it doesn't slide around like the other models. It has removed much of my back pain that I usually have at the end of the day. It fits very well on the back of a regular office chair but also has such great adjustment capabilities that you could fit it on a chair with a much wider back. The back straps have clips and pull tight adjustments so this thing will fit on a wide range of chair backs without having to stretch it down over the back. The cushion is semi firm but still soft enough to provide soothing comfort. The cover is removable for washing and has porous anti-sweat fabric. Everlasting Comfort also sells the best seat cushion also of which I have purchased two. Great company, great product, fast shipping and worth every penny! Highly recommended.

I bought this for work due to lumbar issues where I was having pain shoot down into my groin and shin. Turns out I had L5-S1 anterolisthesis and other typical foraminal narrowing and mild disc bulging of S4, S5. The only thing to know about this pad is that it is thick, so if your chair isn't deep, you're not going to like the lack of seating surface afterward. I personally prefer this pad to be more at the mid-back, with about 4 to 5 inches of space below it. This keeps the spine nice and arched. If the pad is sitting totally down on the chair seating surface, it doesn't really do much. Luckily the straps on this are perfectly adequate to keep this from slipping down, however it may take some maneuvering of the straps to prevent the pad from slipping down. I put the lower strap around the same area of my chair as the top strap, where my chair back doesn't allow the straps to fall down. So far, my lumbar issues are almost resolved and sitting at work isn't miserable anymore, at least for comfort!
