They work great for my girls who have trouble sometimes with noise. Especially my youngest with super loud things like fireworks. They dampen the sound to a tolerable level. You can still hear, but its kinda like floating in water with your ears just below the surface. You can hear your breath sounds more , which is soothing too. My only dislike is the earpads can spin 360 on the metal thing holding them. Which causes them to flip around backwards and that annoys my 7year old, who pulls hard to fix it. They have not broken, but if she pulled super hard repeatedly they might have that potential. I've asked her to have me or someone help her so to avoid that situation. They adjust well and are comfortable. My kids wear glasses and that hadn't been any issue with comfort so far.

I bought two pairs of these 4 months ago, red and blue, for my boys. They fit very well, from my neighbors 9 month old to me (granted I'm a bit of a pinhead!). They are also very comfy and compact for storage. I did recently have the blue one break at the ear hinge while putting them on my 6yo, which I am very disappointed with. I expected them to last longer then 4 months, especially with the light amount of use they have gone through. I am going to reach out and hope the seller will give me a replacement ear pad.

My child has sensory processing disorder and is overwhelmed by crowds and too much noise. She also likes to be squeezed when nervous or scared. These earmuffs muffle noises nicely as well as apply a bit of pressure, giving her head a tight hold. They were adjustable and easy to carry around Disneyland in my purse. We'd just pop them on her once things got too crazy, and she could slide them off when she felt okay again. Even though we are back from Disneyland, she still likes to wear them when we go to Walmart or sporting events. I always thought she was just not great at outings, but with these earmuffs she behaves much better. She can still hear me talk to her, but doesn't get overwhelmed. Great purchase. Good padding, good color, no complaints.

These are great. I have 2 young girls that like to help their daddy with projects around the house. These accomplish 2 things for me. 1, they are not afraid of the loud noises from saws, lawn mower and various other tools. 2, they are learning good habits in terms of wearing the proper hearing and eye protection which is something I did not do for a very long time until it caught up to me. I want my girls to be involved in our projects around the house. I want them to feel comfortable and be safe at the same time. I am a big believer that your kids should be involved in these sorts of things as much as possible. I don't want my girls to not know how to make a simple repair or, have the courage to try. There are too many young people that can't perform simple household tasks. Plenty of adults too. I highly recommend these because I highly recommend teaching your kids to use their heads and hands to figure out a problem and to be safe at the same time. These Earmuffs help with both. Quality is beyond what I expected.

The adjustability on these is quite insane. They fit my big 6'4" 30something man head, my wife's medium 5'2" 30something woman head, my 10 year old's little girl head and my 2 year old's baby boy head. They appear to not be adjustable at first - folks are use to bands being adjustable and may not notice how these work. The adjustability is all in the metal hinge on the ear pads where it slides into the plastic bracket. They telescope out of that point to be, as I said, insanely adjustable. This does present questions of durability as some others have pointed out - they are quite stiff and springy to get on your head - time will tell. My ten year old had a brief moment figuring it out as they are all tucked up in themselves with fairly significant resistance, but now shes a pro. These do not block out all sound - your kid will still hear you talking even with certain tools running (which is a good thing.) My kiddo says she can hear me while our electric wood chipper is on but not while its chewing up wood.
These are great for keeping your kid safe during occasional wood working and lawn work sessions. This also makes them feel like an official part of the process which makes them more enthusiastic about helping. Get em some goggles and gloves and you got yourself a helper! "Let me grab MY gear dad!"
